South African fuel and petrochemical company Sasol Ltd (SOLJ.J) will restart its refinery by the end of July, it said on Sunday, after the company declared force majeure at its second biggest refinery on Friday due to a lack of crude oil.

Canuks power to xfer pipeline failure force majeur called.

Just hours after Gazprom declared force majuere with a number of its European clients - implicitly cutting off NatGas supply to the continent; Canadian energy firm TC Energy has declared force majeure on some crude shipments on the Keystone pipeline after a power failure at a pump station in South Dakota. The power failure was reportedly driven by the extreme temperatures spreading across the US (it was reportedly around 20 degrees above normal at around 100 degrees). T

Its earnings reporting this week. On Monday, on average, earnings were in line with the market's expectations or perhaps slightly higher.
The market is currently pushing upwards, with volatility, and the gap I spoke of just below 3900 on S&P 500 has been filled.
Importantly Monday's reports are not the stuff that deep recessions are made of. Perhaps we will sink into recession at some point but I'm not seeing it in Monday's figure. Have a look here

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is charging South African bitcoin club Mirror Trading International (MTI) with $1.7bn fraud, detaining its self-described CEO – Cornelius Steynberg – in Brazil on an interpol warrant.

Small #Bitcoin holders with < 1 $BTC have been adding to their balance at the most aggressive rate since March 2020.
Shrimps are adding at 36.75k BTC/month which is 0.2% of the circulating supply, and 1.36x monthly issuance.
Shrimps now hold 1.12M $BTC in total.

Grayscale’s spot Bitcoin ETF application was just rejected yet again by the SEC, with the watchdog citing concerns over investor protections and Grayscale’s failure to answer its questions about market manipulation. Crypto bulls had high hopes pinned on the ETF getting accepted, after waiting since October 2021 for a decision.

Buttigieg said basically the same thing earlier in the week, that high prices are forcing people to buy electric vehicles. He is nuts.

ESG Funds Are Quietly Buying Oil Stocks.

After losing way over -2000 basis points for a long time now we decided mud huts and burning sticks was a bad idea.
We appear to now understand you must produce one to produce the other.
The other retards may fathom it yet.
We also watched the poles melt some on planets in our solar system also.

Colas' view, the math on 3,400 works out to assuming the average 25% drop in earnings and putting an earnings multiple of
20x on the S&P 500, which is where the index is roughly valued today.
We are not convinced gaps will be filled upcoming. Those speed bumps are and will be the one tossed off the bus run over
by mad bulls for now again. Those pesky supply shocks and demsheviks wishful thinking once again.
The drop in earnings will be legendary as the wasting over takes the debt cults.

The US government has unbound the legal regulations against using propaganda against foreign audiences and American citizens. The intention is to sway public opinion by using television, radio, newspapers, and social media targeting the American and foreign people in controlled psy-ops.
The newest version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has an amendment added that negates the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 (SMA) and the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987.

China's BYD (OTCPK:BYDDY) just dethroned Tesla (TSLA) as the world's biggest electric vehicle maker and surpassed South Korea's LG as the planet's second-largest producer of EV batteries. The development comes as much of the West rolls out policies to convert their ICE fleets to EVs in the near future, but those initiatives will depend on raw materials processing that are highly concentrated in Asia. China's market share for battery components even climbed from 43% in 2014 to 60% in 2020 due to tight control of critical elements like lithium, nickel, cobalt and palladium.

The gig economy has collapsed. These numbers trail what is happening on the street because people are jumping around various part-time positions and aren't being counted. But someone hustling three gigs each week is not doing that for enjoyment. It really is that bad out there.
BLS is a clown show now for the Potemkin swamp morons. Same thing we seen twice before with the sticky wage cult blather.

We are supposed to feel sorry for the cities or the landlords.
I don't. The pols in the cities made the choice of being woke which means in reality letting the criminals have free reign.
The skyscraper sophists are as bad as the muh cypto as over 700 billion that vanished.
Long or short its yes.
As for BITI.TO not today and yea we told you when we got the hell out of it and bought sec cede and co. assets.
Private investors don't own the stock they think they own, but rather have contractual rights that are part of a complex
chain of rights ending up at Cede and Company. Wake the hell up.
