I am a renter and I will tell you that my rent has gone up more than 4%. People are leaving in droves here. The sickening part is that a middle man actually sets the rent. I do not even contract with them. I am not sure how that is legal. I am paying equal to a payment and a half for a home and my next contract is coming up in August and i fear they will raise it another $100/month. Four apartments just where I live have come open in 6 months with 3 more getting ready to move between now and September. I am planning, God willing, to move out of here next year after some of the dust hopefully settles.

In NYC, Urooj Rahman, 31, and Colinford Mattis, 32, two BLM activists and lawyers, brought Molotov cocktails to a riot, and proceeded to firebomb police cars, and handed out firebombs to other rioters. In total, these charges put them both under a variety of firearms and explosive charges in NY that added up to life in prison.
