I don't think you have much chance though. Now Boeing and the airlines, and the cruise ships, the oil frackers, and the hotels, and ... will
probably get trillions. The US will bail out the rich, again, and let the average person suffer. Probably end up with socialism and then everyone will suffer.
John,Higgenbotham wrote: Technical competence doesn't matter in this society - that's why Obama got elected.
What "everyone" instinctively or otherwise understands is the real skill that gets you somewhere in America is knowing how to waddle up to the window for the biggest bailout. You can't need a bailout if you're competent. Incompetence pays - to the tune of billions if you have the waddling skills of a Jamie Dimon. Obama himself said in admiration that Jamie is "one of the best bankers we've got."
Obama apparently thinks it's really debonair and posh to either admit or feign ignorance for something as inconsequential in this society as math skills, yet shovel out hundreds of billions for education for worthless (post-collapse) degrees like the one he has.
You don't have a chance. The most in demand skill in America is not nursing, computer programming, or any of the other things typically cited. The most in demand skill in America is knowing how to waddle up to the window for a bailout. You will need to hire a professional waddler and given the current high demand situation that will be impossible.
Your best bet might be to fake a disability. That's the poor man's waddle.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

As you said.
To me, the question is not if, but when, the second and more lethal wave sweeps through. h
Two more at least to go.

There will be no change to the real NYSE exchange floor, located in Mahwah, NJ and which is populated only by algos, collocated servers, microwave towers and lasers.

It is a type of cognitive bias. People display this bias when they gather or remember information selectively, or when they interpret it in a biased way.
His cleaning lady didn't show yesterday, and they called to make sure that she was okay, that she hadn't come down with the coronavirus and couldn't reach her phone. When she answered, she said,
"I don't have to come into work. I heard we're all getting checks from Trump."
Game over welcome to Venezuela. Zoos are next.

I think a few on the Fed committee realize they've set themselves up for something worse than 1937. And that's the second piece of news that should have killed this bubble.

Here is some context on drilldown thinking.
The first American wave of mergers was in its infancy and was being promoted by the bankers. In 1897 there were sixty-nine industrial mergers. By 1899 there were twelve-hundred. In 1904 John Moody - founder of Moody’s Investor Services - said it was impossible to talk of Rockefeller and Morgan interests as separate. A very, very long time ago you learn who knows what. I have looked at many models as many and decided to take responsibity as we do here that it is our choice to lead and theres to take your ability away.
The point is as John identify's in GD even if they understand they do not even pretend to care.
Our team is aware and navigating lets say.

CNBC trotted this guy out today at the low.
Now listen to the video carefully. In there it says CNBC has been talking to him previously. He has been bearish since the virus was a known quantity in late January. But we didn't hear a thing publicly on CNBC until the S&P crashed 1100 points.
All we heard at the high was people like Dalio saying cash is trash and Tudor Jones saying the liquidity conditions resemble early 1999.

I don't know about cruise line stocks, but it's possible that they've
already bottomed out.

About $43 with high of $59 for the last 52 weeks.
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL)
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/RCL
About $111 with high of $135 for 52 weeks.
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH)
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NCLH/
About $52 with 52 week high about $60
I believe upgrading each cruise ship air filtration/sterilization system would probably take a very long time, if even possible.
I doubt they have bottomed, in particular if the S&P crashes...
RCL $22.33
NCLH $7.77

So he says with this virus we can do a 30 day shutdown and we survive. Then he goes on to say capitalism can survive a 30 day shutdown, but it can't survive an 18 month shutdown. He also says if we don't do the 30 day shutdown, stocks go to zero.

The cup was or as they wish to see half full in March.
Tail risk is to high for me either way.

Wall it off and cut the drug supply or we blow up the blue tarp boats running the drugs.
I will look up the drug dead but they are filtered out we read anyways.
Last decent report was drug overdoses killed more than 72,000.
