Judge Gail Hagerty accepted a plea deal in which Stein pleaded guilty to misdemeanor criminal mischief and prosecutors dropped a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge. Stein will be on unsupervised probation for about six months and must pay $250 in fees.

We know the value of keeping the Great Lakes clean and healthy. Together, we can shut down the flow of oil in Line 5 to protect the Great Lakes for all people, creatures, and places that adhere to the simple premise: Water is Life. Unless you live in Flint and use our rivers like sewers.

Professor Walton agrees with other leaders who disarmed their populace.

1911 – Turkey disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1915 – 1917 they murdered 1.5 million Armenians.
1929 – Russia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1929 – 1953 they murdered 20 million Russians.
1935 – China disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1948 – 1952 they murdered 20 million Chinese.
1938 – Germany disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1939 – 1945 they murdered 16 million Jews.
1956 – Cambodia disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1975 – 1977 they murdered 1 million Educated people.
1964 – Guatamala disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1964 – 1981 they murdered 100,000 Mayan Indians.
1970 – Uganda disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1971 – 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians."

Utopia scorned: The 21st Century Dark Age
Posted on June 11, 2017

Futurists talk of weak signals, things that indicate change, but are too weak to be conclusive. The new dark age was a weak signal when I first wrote about it well over a decade ago. My more recent blog is already old: https://timeguide.wordpress.com/2011/05 ... t-century/

Although it’s a good while since I last wrote about it, recent happenings have made me even more convinced of it.

While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

“It was the last straw,” said Tracy, who plans to relocate away from the state once she retires in three years.

Even the pols see the end. The shelter in place will be totally destroyed. The smart states will cut benefits to survive

and since they do not exist any more yes it descends to failure. The idiots cannot even fathom 74 days of global food chains of supply

exists and counting down as such in the recent black zones. Like we noted clearly the rain that wasted Houston spared the cereal growers just

north.

News from Puerto Rico is zero for Julie and counting.

Difference of reality and empathy is nine meals.

Issue is they have never seen the other side of the line ever.

sunk cost refers to the cost that has already been incurred and cannot be recovered

Placing landmines in the path of fleeing refugees and on roads where families are likely to travel is heartless beyond words.

As a civilization declines, it becomes barbaric. Before the savages invade it from the outside, its own people have become savages. They enthusiastically welcome the savages. They are drawn to the culture and norms of the savages because these echo their own descent into barbarism.

Higgenbotham (in 2013) wrote:
And he was talking about the appearance on the world stage of individuals, and he was speaking to the growth of the population and the appearance of new individuals coming into the mass of humanity, and these individuals evidently are barbarians. They came too suddenly to be educated and for the knowledge of how to keep the Western way of life alive. And so these people have increased and now they have taken over power and so now we're in the hands of barbarians. They have no idea of how our society came to be and what is necessary to keep it going. And they're fiddling with the controls. You might think of a monkey flying a 747. They have no idea what they are doing and this is not going to end well with the barbarians at the controls.

Results --- Police broke my fingers one by one and touched my breasts

A woman dragged out of a polling station in Barcelona by police broke down in tears today as she claimed they had broken her fingers 'one by one' and sexually assaulted her while they laughed.

Marta Torrecillas was filmed being violently removed from a school in the city's upmarket Eixample area as Catalonia voted for independence yesterday.

The clip, captured at Paul Claris School, showed her being manhandled as she tried to walk past officers in full body armour on a day when footage of police brutality sparked outrage around the world.

Her dress was forced up around her thighs - leaving her exposed and humiliated - as she was dragged down towards the exit. She later claimed officers had touched her breasts and broken her fingers 'deliberately, one by one'.

They amount to a form of callous gloating that reads as straightforward 'hand rubbing' at the potential opportunities opened up by the weakening of the West and derailing of the Middle East.
It's the sort of 'business as usual' delusion that fails entirely to recognise what is at stake.
