It appears increasingly that China is preparing its population for war. This is an essential first step before actually launching a war.

What is the second step?

First, I do not believe that ever at any time in history "international law" has existed. Our intel family UN opening eve table conversation was adamant regarding memories of the failed League of Nations.

War would plunge mainland China into instant famine. It's only massive food shipments, which arrive on hundreds of ships every day, that keep the Chinese alive. The world doesn't grow enough food for the Chinese to stockpile adequate amounts food needed to survive the blockade that would follow the beginning of a war. The Chinese are short sighted. Have they not thought this out?
