Russia's involvement as a pot stirrer continues. Putin has permitted the recent increase of Russian islam from 10% to 15%. Both Assad and Putin wear suits and appear in the civilized world. Since mental institutions have fallen out of favor, the chances of seeing them straight jacketed are thin.
The humanitarian aid seems to be sourced from the UN and Red Crescent, both thoroughly leftist organizations. I seriously doubt that the Syrian Army appropriations are high-jackings, simply initial false advertising. Putin is playing a dangerous game. Both of his faces are on display.
