While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

"Thanks for your contribution to the Progressive agenda. Good luck in your next election. I'll still be here even if you're gone. Just to make sure Obamacare is firmly entrenched beyond possibility of repeal before I leave office. I know you all feel the same way. And if you don't, too bad. Now show yourselves out." h/t nd

Natives generally have no idea on what was or is G.
I was reminded opinion cannot be advice as competency's going forward.
http://www.biblelight.net/1260years.htm

"be of interest from many points of view to review"

If it was simple it would stay sealed the imposed darkness.

The Catholic Church which was founded and instituted by Our Lord Jesus Christ to procure the eternal salvation of men, has, by reason of this divine institution, the form of a perfect society. Therefore, she must possess liberty such that she cannot be subject to any civil power in the execution of her sacred ministry.

America is in peril and faith has nothing to do with religion. IMO

Riots Break Out In Singapore; Think Your Country Is Immune?

Macbeth, Act IV, Scene I [Round about the cauldron go]

by William Shakespeare

The three witches, casting a spell
Round about the cauldron go;
In the poison’d entrails throw.
Toad, that under cold stone
Days and nights hast thirty one
Swelter’d venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i’ the charmed pot.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the cauldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder’s fork, and blind-worm’s sting,
Lizard’s leg, and howlet’s wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Scale of dragon, tooth of wolf,
Witches’ mummy, maw and gulf
Of the ravin’d salt-sea shark,
Root of hemlock digg’d i’ the dark,
Liver of blaspheming Jew,
Gall of goat, and slips of yew
Sliver’d in the moon’s eclipse,
Nose of Turk, and Tartar’s lips,
Finger of birth-strangled babe
Ditch-deliver’d by a drab,
Make the gruel thick and slab:
Add thereto a tiger’s chaudron,
For the ingredients of our cauldron.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and cauldron bubble.

To solve a problem just change the definition of what the problem is -( even if you still have the problem after the definition is changed )

For example ---

China "Fixes" Pollution Problem... By Raising Danger Threshold

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-1 ... thresholds

"As the smog that has choked Shanghai for much of the last week reached hazardous levels, the city’s environmental authority took decisive action to address the frequent air-quality alerts: It adjusted standards downward to ensure that there won’t be so many."

"It will now issue alerts only when the concentration of the most dangerous particulates in the city’s air, known as PM2.5 (particulates smaller than 2.5 micometers in diameter) reach 115 micrograms per cubic meter. The previous standard was 75 micrograms per cubic meter. (The World Health Organization recommends not exceeding 25 micrograms per cubic meter in a 24-hour period.)"

“The bureau said it believes the original standard is too strict, given that haze is common in the Yangtze River Delta region in winter.”

The company where I work as a senior software engineer develops
software that communicates with the government's Medicare system, to
process doctors' claims and send payments. For the past 24 hours, the
government system has been providing missing or incorrect data,
causing problems with our software.

Apparently, the Obamacare disease is a virus that is spreading is
spreading to other systems.

And use the problem to educate people --

Chinese State-Run Media Embarrasses Itself By Proclaiming "Unexpected Benefits Of Smog"
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-1 ... efits-smog

"China’s noxious air pollution has made people smarter, funnier and impervious to missile attacks, the country’s official media reported this week, as a toxic cloud covering half of the country began to lift.

On Monday the website of the state broadcaster CCTV published a list of five “unexpected benefits” brought by the smog.

It said the haze had unified Chinese people, as they found solidarity in their complaints; equalised them, as both rich and poor people were vulnerable to its effects; enlightened them, as they realised the cost of rapid growth; and “made Chinese people more humorous”, as smog-related jokes proliferated on the internet.

It had also helped to educate people, it said. “Our knowledge of meteorology, geography, physics, chemistry and history has progressed.”

Interesting. He did rather well in 2008 too, perhaps indicating he is also capable of producing a negative forecast when it is called for. He is still upbeat for 2014 and predicts the Fed will cut bond purchases in January. Somewhere I read he was one of the few who correctly predicted the Fed would not taper in September.

http://www.ihsglobalinsight.com/publicD ... ns2008.pdf
http://press.ihs.com/press-release/econ ... rowth-2014

"Given that expectation, Behravesh expects the Fed will "will taper [its asset purchases] sooner than later" but his "best bet" is for that to start in January rather than at the Fed's December meeting. Daily Ticker views may recall the IHS economist correctly predicted here on Sept. 6 the Fed would not taper in September, an unconventional call at the time."
