No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. The shares of Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols "xxxx" and "xxxxx," respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "DWACU." Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent, in order to separate the units into shares of Class A common stock and warrants.

In Germany the PPI went from 103.6 in Sept 2020 to 118.4 in Sep 2021 or up 14.3%.
This is huge inflation when countries are aiming for 2%.

https://www.economy.com/germany/produce ... -index-ppi

"Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann, a relentless critic of the European Central Bank's ultra easy monetary policy, will step down more than five years early,"

https://www.reuters.com/business/financ ... 021-10-20/

Weidmann has fought with the EU central bankers, who love to print money. Germany had hyperinflation after WWI and also after WWII. They are more sensitive to the risks of inflation than most people. I think this guy does not want to be seen as in charge if Germany goes through another hyperinflation, because really the EU is calling the shots and not him.
