Financial topics

** 19-Jul-2021 World View: The Big One?
The Dow has been falling steadily for hours, and is currently down
almost 800 points, and is still falling. Is this the "big one"?
As I've said in the past, I believe that the October 28, 1929, panic
was caused by earnings reports that were not excessive enough to
support the astronomically high valuations. That panic occurred four
weeks after the end of Q3, and we're now about three weeks after the
end of Q2.

Not the big one, yet.
The whores of global Babylon are just waking up.
Book4 closed. Select looks. When oil carves a retest and dollar tops.
H was correct to be cautious and wood chipper the dxy comment I made.
89.21 - 96.18 52 WEEK RANGE
Only decent comment I seen was effective leverage in check and
we are sticking to light switch looks. I think most understand supply
chains to know they already adapted to segment reality's way before this
politics of envy and the posturing. As Iceland knows when they got rid of internalized
bureaucratic dead heads issues went away also. Like that poor bastard who got screwed by the IRS cult
as a family business for over 100 years. Nothing can be that evil but them.
3 x 5 income tax mail in cards and move the hell on.

We rest our case since Job.

Takeaway was tactical.
We did not win or lose today.

Do not care as we noted.

Re: Financial topics
Looks like we were right and the deflationists wrong. Transitory was switched from 2-3 months to more than half or 3/4 of a year. And that's just the start of it.

Re: Financial topics
It will be backstopped. The system is increasingly fragile. As I've predicted, inflation will give way to deflation (that is what breaks it). While it could happen at any time, I think in 2022 we will finally reach somewhere near 70 out of 100 on a scale of fragility, increasing little by little each month. I will be mostly in cash either by this Fall or certainly by Spring 2022 (of course I'm holding and have had commodities and BTC trades and will continue to)John wrote: Mon Jul 19, 2021 10:23 am ** 19-Jul-2021 World View: The Big One?

Re: Financial topics
I am glad you hedged in that bias for now.
We preserved capital and opened a few positions forward.
What you may not realize is the supply chain already knew this even before
as the nodes had been constructed and hardened.
This indicates what we will sweep also into August as noted for now.
As noted book4 was closed on shorts on a somewhat volatile alleged fear day.
The templates on many issues is still moving ahead if we like it or not.
The current view after this two year segment was 12% to 17% in the Heat map to
anti fragile measure measures we note as Sogo supply for brevity.
The amount of social discord in zones was in my view alone was calibrated to negate
the supply zone issues as was seen point blank. I can give a date on the hardening commission
but that is a separate point on a few segments to local metrics.
Also did you guys see the pavement roller take out all the BTC rigs in Indonesia.
Fascinating since it is a Fatwa zone. Same zone that in 1984 reacted to grievous condition
we witnessed as the canal wars ignored in time. thread: Sat Apr 13, 2013 7:28
As we noted the price of bread in Costa Rica went up thirty percent and the point will be given
as fragility in that zone that went from one cent to ten on dirt cakes.
I would suggest as we have read the reports forward from the life boat ethics period to the
disconnects still off the radar.

Kra Canal transhipment port for Asia, comparable to Europort in Rotterdam.
Those with an eye already know.

Keeping in mind that you should "never believe anything till it is officially denied", please note that Biden denied inflation today:
