Those of us who are over the age of about 50-55 or those who study sports history will recall that Muhammed Ali changed his boxing strategy during his career due to both his age and the type of fighters he was encountering. He began his "Rope a Dope" and "Float like a Butterfly Sting Like a Bee" strategies, particularly when encountering the big beast and nasty bully George Foreman, who delivered many early fight knockout blows.

I would compare George Foreman to the Federal Reserve. As Foreman's only weapon was his big knockout punch, so it is that the Federal Reserve's only weapon is massive but selective counterfeiting of trillions of dollars, none of which does the common person see. The Federal Reserve is a big beast and a nasty bully that must be knocked out, but it can't be knocked out in the early rounds.

However, once Ali had weakened the big beast and nasty bully Foreman by the 8th round of the "Rumble in the Jungle", Ali went after Foreman with everything he had and Ali suddenly knocked Foreman out in mere seconds. This can be seen here:

And so I believe it will be with the big beast and nasty bully which is the Federal Reserve. The tools I have used to survive to this point are lying in wait (Rope a Dope) and bot smashing (Float Like a Butterfly Sting Like a Bee). But when I perceive the big beast and nasty bully is finally weakened and ready to fall, I will throw everything I have at it.

Wall Street is better organized to exploit the American government, economy and society. They have proved this repeatedly.

The error in the analogy is that I'm not Ali delivering the knockout. Though I have definitely played "Rope a Dope" and "Float Like a Butterfly Sting LIke a Bee" to the extent that my means allow.

When the big beast and nasty bully was actually crashing to the canvas, Ali declined to give him one more blow on the way down and then kick him repeatedly in the head when he was on the canvas. That's the role I'll be playing, along with many others.

Today I moved my break even from 2709 to 2715 by trading some points out of the market.

This week fooled practically everyone except for the bears on this forum. As noted, I started the week short 5 with a break even of 2643. I will continue to add if the market can move down, and especially if it starts to crash.

Today's results:

Starting with the Sunday open, I worked all night. Based on the screenshot from Friday's close versus today, it can be seen that I entered one additional lot of ES at 2839.50*7 - 2845.00*6 = 2806.50. In addition to that, I traded $1,562.50 out of the market on 27 round turns. Adjusting for commission, my average entry on the additional lot is 2831.00, which is above the high of the day.

My strategy is to enter additional lots in an established downtrend while averaging in near or above the high of the day. On some days like Friday, I just smash the bots for additional protection of my account.

Today's activity brings my break even on the 7 lots to 2732 since I started accumulating shorts during this presumed bear market rally.
