What's the purpose of Iran's Nuclear program at Bushehr and elsewhere, then.

They develop the nukes but then have them tested in north Korea by the norKs. It gives Iran plausible deniability.
Just a theory I've carried for quite some time. Having the norKs do the testing allows Iran to feign suspension of their program, thereby taking the head off and letting them get the money they got from the Obama administration. The norKs obtain hard currency for conducting the tests and Iran gets to see how their development is progressing.

But there is No Reason For either Iran or North Korea to Hide their capabilities. Being declared Nuclear powers would effectively Make both countries invulnerable to any preemptive strike under the existing unspoken rules. The open development of such capabilities would also make their threat credible.

There are myriad reasons why keeping their programs secret benefit them. Especially Iran.

More Excuses by Boomer globalist "leaders" to justify not nuking North Korea. Boomers ideologues are clearly using emotional and Ideological thinking in formulating "strategy", not using objective analysis. Either the NORKs want nukes to attack the US, or they don't want war. But the Iraqi Nuclear program will still in its early development stage when Israel bombed Osirak. If Iran had Already developed Nukes, there would be no reason to hide that it had done so. There would be Nothing the west could really do unless Iran Rashly makes direct specific threats. North Korea is a partial exception because it has routinely threatened several countries will all out nuclear war while simultaneously openly expanding its capabilities that make those threats credible. A "quieter" Iran could simply develop an arsenal and other apparatuses (potential terrorist surrogates) without fear of retaliation.

The South Korean president is a total goof ball. He won't figure out what is going on until they place is head on the chopping block. And even then he'll probably think the North Koreans just want to give him a close shave.
