Yes, Hebrews chapter 13 was the last chapter to the twelve letters in the book to the 12 tribes who no longer existed.
They had basically 70 years to listen to what was written to be by the blood shed.
The Temple was removed stone by stone by the Romans to seek the gold that was melted as we have read into the cracks.

When at last the walls were breached Titus tried to preserve the Temple by giving orders to his soldiers not to destroy or burn it. But the anger of the soldiers against the Jews was so intense that, maddened by the resistance they encountered, they disobeyed the order of their general and set fire to the Temple. When the soldiers captured the Temple area, in their greed to obtain this gold and silver they took long bars and pried apart the massive stones. Thus, quite literally, not one stone was left standing upon another. The Temple itself was totally destroyed, though the wall supporting the area upon which the Temple was built was left partially intact and a portion of it remains to this day, called the Western Wall.

Many decades ago, I read the book When Prophecy Fails by Leon
Festinger.

Festinger is the person who invented the term "cognitive dissonance."
This book had a great deal of influence on me, because it explains a
great deal about what's going on in the world.

The book describes what happens to groups of people that predict the
end of the world on a certain date, sell all their goods, and wait
together on the top of a mountain to be saved before the world ends.
What Festinger showed was that when the predicted day comes and goes
and the world does not end, then instead of giving up, these people
become fanatical, and start proselytizing, claiming that God has given
the world one more chance to stop sinning.

Robert Breaker claims that he's not trying to sell anyone on the date
September 23, 2017, but he comes pretty close. I predict that on
September 24, 2017, Robert Breaker is going to make another video
explaining why nothing happened, and why it's time to repent.
