With all these "bad news" headlines for Putin, is anyone going to look back at all these in months or years and admit they were always false? This stuff is absurd.

Saudi look after their own self interests. If Biden wishes to empty his strategic reserves by 1 million a day then Saudi will counter this measure. The west green lobby has stopped exploration and now the price is being paid. Everyone is going to be interested in fracking when they see their energy and mortgage Bills.

Is there a battlefield advantage by using tactical nukes?

Therefore, would a population centre be a target instead?

But many Russians have family in Ukraine.

Sounds like the NATO response would be conventional but devastating.
