That is too Sci fi. There will be a war between people. Robots and computers will be devices, not generals.

I do hope so,.. but, I think the idea that the "major powers" are waiting (to start the big WW) to develop "super-dooper secret weapons" type Dr. Evil warmaking equipment seems somewhat plausible.

At present the "nationalism" scent in the air isn't nearly stinky enough to get things underway. Hooray for that, at any rate.
