Are we going to re-live the times of May 1968 (I was 17 then) when France was sliding dangerously towards chaos and violence?

The '68er revolution occurred at the peak of the generational
Awakening era, so there never was going to be a lot of violence.

Today France is in a generational Crisis era, so it's conceivable that
things could spin out of control.

However, from what I understand, all that's really happening now is
the unions are trying to make as much noise as possible to force the
government to back down before a vote by the Senate to be taken on
Wednesday. If that's in fact true, and if the government doesn't back
down, then it's possible that most of the rioting will end, at least
for a while.
