Re: Financial topics
Rep. Suzan DelBene (D-Wash.) on Friday slammed Republicans' plan to overhaul the nation's tax code as a "partisan disaster," casting it as a massive windfall to the wealthiest Americans that places an undue burden on the working class.
Additionally, DelBene gave a statement on the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act. She espouses that “The Affordable Care Act upheld today is already helping millions in Washington state by allowing children to be covered on their parent’s plans until age 26, preventing insurance companies from denying coverage because of pre-existing conditions and reducing costs of prescription drugs for seniors on Medicare”
Delbene’s earning of a spot on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC)’s “Red-to-Blue” program on August 8, 2012, is due to the fact that, as Chairman Steve Israel stated, “There is strong grassroots energy behind Suzan DelBene’s campaign because she knows how to create jobs. Her successful career in both the public and private sector gives her the tools and background to be a thoughtful leader who can stand up to a dysfunctional Congress and bring results for Washington’s middle class.”
The Sierra Club, one of the largest grassroots environmental organizations in the U.S., endorsed DelBene on July 20, 2012. This endorsement reflects DelBene’s policy position on environmental and economic issues. She articulates that she “will work tirelessly to ensure our nation takes meaningful steps to build a new economy based on clean and renewable energy sources and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and foreign oil.” DelBene relays that the 1st Congressional district will fight to promote research and innovation in the field of renewable energy.
As the Washington Post points out this morning, the Dixons, a family of 4 in Virginia, were shocked earlier this month to find that their Obamacare premiums were going to surge from roughly $900 per month in 2017 to over $3,000 per month in 2018.

Currently oil prices are at $56.72 and if this continues till 2021, Saudi Arabia’s financial reserves will become bankrupt.
These days we see visions. For Turkey its 2021. Nations like Norway, for example, plans to ban the sale of fossil fuel-burning cars by 2025, and the UK and France are starting bans in 2040. This is why Saudi Arabia has a 2030 dream to not be dependent on oil.
But OPEC no longer hold the keys, the Saudi-Russian attempt to raise oil prices failed. The price of oil is now subject to market forces rather than any concerted action by oil exporters.
Locally, there’s a current shortfall of $18,176 between the standard of living and real disposable incomes. In other words, no matter how much people are borrowing, their standard of living is in decline. lance

The question is what will be the catalyst, as He correctly stated. I've more or less stopped "waiting" for it and yet, I know that it is coming and probably in my lifetime. Extend and pretend has gone much longer than I imagined, but we naysayers have been correct about the effects of financial repression. Yes, the stock market is at record highs, but economic circumstances of the 99% have declined precipitously every year.
As we seen early they will pop the tiny bubbles because they can. No one can stop the wasting.

It is the 'opinion of the European Central Bank' that the deposit protection scheme is no longer necessary:
'covered deposits and claims under investor compensation schemes should be replaced by limited discretionary exemptions to be granted by the competent authority in order to retain a degree of flexibility.'
To translate the legalese jargon of the ECB bureaucrats this could mean that the current €100,000 (£85,000) deposit level currently protected in the event of a bail-in may soon be no more. But worry not fellow savers, as the ECB is fully aware of the uproar this may cause so they have been kind enough to propose that: "...during a transitional period, depositors should have access to an appropriate amount of their covered deposits to cover the cost of living within five working days of a request."

Recall Keynes's erroneous prediction that within a century people's material wants would be satiated. When that happened, the demand for capital (to finance consumption) would plummet and rentiers (people who live on income from passive investments, such as stocks or bonds, and thus are hoarders) would be wiped out, a prospect that delighted Keynes, who looked forward to the euthanasia of the rentier.

To answer this question, we must turn to abnormal psychology.

He fails to advance the Illusions that the Liberalization Securities Regulation in Japan 1995 never was the point as the price spillovers increased. While the inefficiencies are becoming increasingly costly and transparent to the more sober market environment as in the late 1990s the regulatory structure was at the heart of the problem remains fundamentally untouched. Directives which are supposed to facilitate free and open cross-border competition are instead being used as the errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill to protect Member State producer interests.

The point He wishes to see is the the proxy neoliberal locusts and the actual third point later the consumer is actually the ruthless arbiter in the end. For those who convey you avoid the obvious do understand Rothbard’s value scale approach is a more effective communication tool than the indifference curve approach. The actual issue is they indeed humbled themselves to live on twenty dollars a day and lowered the river to sunk costs. As we know, Sogo Shosha groups are sufficiently diversified to withstand periodic downturns in certain sectors of the economy. Even still, the market share of the Sogo Shosha has declined because numerous manufacturers in a variety of industries have opened up plants in countries with weaker currencies and because Japanese companies have started to manage their own international trade. This we noted clearly in the Forums on the signal that we confirmed. This will mirror back as supply chain realities. As I mentioned when the river lowers the turbulence is seen and modified to flow efficiencies to supply. Sticky wages was operation 936 and packaged as Nafta for the true believers. Sometimes more alike than we wish to convey since the groups must endure the missing value stream.

Hence the obvious question: how could such smart people be so stupid? The cynical answer is they knew about the potential dark side all along and didn’t care, because to acknowledge it might have undermined the aforementioned licences to print money. Which is another way of saying that most tech leaders are sociopaths.
Compartmental-ism says its different.

These ambitious men were not naive but they were overconfident about their ability to manipulate.
We only ponder the Masters true will to the mid terms, as they are carted to the political body farm hopefully.

Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
In each, the hostile question has two answers: one answer which the audience knows is morally correct, but politically
incorrect, and the other answer which the audience knows is wrong, but politically correct.

Compromise with the world is a danger because of its subtlety.
Should we ever set aside truth for the sake of unity?
Few already know that answer.
Eugene Peterson’s paraphrase of Romans 12:1-2
So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life--your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life--and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
You are interested only in those things that pertain to you, not the things of God. This is a warning sign.
Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. 1 Corinthians 10:12
Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood And your fingers with iniquity; Your lips have spoken falsehood, Your tongue mutters wickedness.…
This is why blue states are getting bluer and red states are getting redder and the middle is getting smaller.
Variant: If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It is much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.
As quoted in Built to Learn : The inside story of how Rockwell Collins became a true learning organization (2003)
“I have heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you. Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.” Job 42:5, 6

You can’t do anything about crime in Baltimore, and any five things we might learn from observation would have to be unlearned in a hurry, in the name of Political Correctness.
So “Five Things We Learned from Gang Assaults and 303 Murders” won’t be a headline you see anytime soon.
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-11-2 ... artial-law
In a preview of what’s to come, we reported on an incident over the weekend where the “police declared martial law” according to one citizen, after an entire neighborhood was shut down with the installation of checkpoints. The 4-5 day lockdown started late last week and ended Monday, after a police detective was executed in broad daylight.
What we learned in metd will always be ignored.
What will be forwarded is they are the adults and your ears need to be cleaned.

The Indians learned later to accept outsiders to fight the biological wars to replace the fallen ones.
"Out of our regard to them we gave them two Blankets and an Handkerchief out of the Small Pox Hospital. I hope it will have the desired effect."

Today again is the day the little ones again learn of values. As conveyed the grand mothers cover over 270 years. Grandmother is 91 and still with us.
In their matrilineal kinship systems, children of Indian mothers were considered born into her clan and family, and Indian regardless of their fathers. By the 1790s, most of the surviving tribes had converted to Christianity.

We have some left coast family visiting next summer on the wifes side.
As another astutely forwarded some friends of mine from Maryland are doing everything they can to close their business and retire to the upper-midwest. Not Florida, not Arizona, but some cold place with a majority white population (though they don’t say that explicitly.) It’s not easy for them to make it work, as they have some land where they’re at, and it may not be easy to unload. Like a lot of people, however, they want to live out their retirement with some level of mental ease.
The left and right coast will have a season to learn values and may not be bright enough to understand the feet in darkness they are placed in.
As we see the right coast is into the season of learning all over again.
When I was young they told me what was coming and they are correct. I was told we place our feet in darkness
unless you see the light of the word. True to its meaning... Tue May 14, 2013 10:56 pm

Surprisingly, Nestlé isn’t the only bottled water company to "suck" America dry. As we noted, Pepsi and Coca-Cola bottle municipal water from Detroit for their Aquafina and Dasani brands, respectively; they pay city rates, then sell the product back for a massive profit. Across the United States, fresh water aquifers are plentiful and it could explain why multinational companies are eager to start bottling.
“In November 2013, Colombian trade unionist Oscar Lopez Trivino became the fifteenth Nestlé worker to be assassinated by a paramilitary organization while many of his fellow workers were in the midst of a hunger strike protesting the corporation’s refusal to hear their grievances,” according to the groups. The press conference and protest will take place just days after Jay Famiglietti, the senior water scientist at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory/Caltech and a professor of Earth system science at UC Irvine, revealed in an op-ed in the LA Times on March 12 that California has only one year of water supply left in its reservoirs.
A much larger issue that no-one seems to be addressing: how does a multinational corporation have virtually free access to the state’s water supply, while citizens in Flint, Michigan face undrinkable lead water? The state’s prioritization seems to be misaligned when it comes to its own taxpayers (especially when the adversary is one of the world's wealthiest multinationals).
I doubt if the educated even pretend to care.
I doubt if the White house even pretend to care.
I doubt if the paper diseased cult pretend to care.
First came the Missionary's, then the profit only locust, then Hell. Ask Flint.
Yes we still fathom Truman's truth on stabilities and GDP is not a truly accurate measure of viable economic growth. We said sideways to be lucky and as we are that has managed to happen only since they looted the treasury after the CCI model stabilized affairs. Blunt to suffice as a premium payment. As we noted if they are treated like we got treated in Flint it takes years to solve the Cranial Insertion Governmental Disorder we suffered since it is a design feature.
They have no clue how the common man dislikes these self absorbed half wits.
While the haves and the have-nots struggle over the division of existing wealth, it is the business of the State to improve itself at the expense of both; it picks up the marbles while the boys are fighting. That has been the story of men in organized society since the beginning.
The youngest named River points out words for me now. His second birthday is in March. I recoil at the thought of his public education I see since they are devoid in areas to numerous to convey at present.

thread: Truman
The progressive and relativistic idea that the purpose of education is merely for all students to study a specific set of material, show growth by typing narrative answers on assessments, and grow up to be productive members of the workforce must be refuted. Progressivism and relativism serve as the means of achieving the goal of a citizenry with a statist orientation.
I myself had all sorts of fun in college with moral nihilism being distinct from moral relativism, which does allow a moral statements to be true or false in a non-objective sense, but does not assign any static truth to values of a moral statements, and of course moral universalism, which holds moral statements to be objectively true or false. Insofar as only true statements can be known, moral nihilism implies moral skepticism.
Truman was correct in his assertion.
So then, as in September 1, 1945

Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of shit by clean end!
We just started with CNN since we knew the swamp was unable to consider the working people who know and why.
We consider most of the Office fathoms this above cabinet level.
The screaming of the bears has ended. Their silence is deafening.
