Financial topics
Re: Financial topics
As our lawsuit discerned they set some hookers on fire.
As the banks ignored covenant rating for leverage. They got there dumb ass called on SA loans on collateral they had no Business to do that with.
Of course they change the paper tiger verbiage after two got a$$ pounding jail time.
Cant have that now can we. We used the warrants when we found other products to look at.
That Federal Judge was unhappy with them lets say.

By the way we do not much admire you anyways to that sector well deserved of scorn and ridicule I may add.
Consolidations will factor in cluster parity. We have seen the "renditions" before.
As John noted clearly "In fact, what I believes happens is the other way around:
Analysts uniformly decide what outcome will produce the most money for
themselves, and they select short-term indicators that they believe predict that outcome."

Environmental policy focused on efficiency gains does not by itself benefit the environment.

Hawaii Electricity Prices To Skyrocket As Final Shipment Of Coal Arrives.
Governor Ige the Idiot just shut down 19% of O'Ahu's electric generation capacity by making coal "illegal".
So, the Socialist Republic of Hawaii massively fails on mass transit and now decides to fuc$k over Hawaiians with exploding power bills.

The Lord came as a lamb, but He will come back as a Lion.
"Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do,"
Pity them. I talked with Antifa. A few can be reached so do that.
No dust will be on some sandals either.
Uniparty shut them down and not a peep really on the facts so yea they will figure it out
but two work offers was forwarded that day.

Re: Financial topics
Phong, over last 120 years P/E ratio is highly influenced by over bought markets and bubbles. Markets get over bought, P/E ratio is very high, and then market corrects, P/E ratio comes down, but without a recession earnings need not change, might even go up. However, in a recession earnings go down. So now there is a double effect, and yes might go down faster and further than non recession corrections. The point I was making is that recessionary bears last longer because of the time it takes to rebuild earnings. Play with the arithmetic of PEratio = Price/Earnings. Bring down PE and see price drop. Then additionally reduce earnings and see what happens to PEratio. Hope this explains.Phong Tran wrote: Sat Jul 30, 2022 8:40 pm
Seems we might be in these channel lines on the weekly and monthly S&P 500 charts.
Thanks for the further explanation Richard. I can follow it, up until the conclusion. If recessionary bear markets are both falling earnings and falling P/E ratios, wouldn't there be more selling pressure to exit the 'overvalued' market? A non-recessionary bear where P/E ratio falls but not earnings, would see more people stay in the market in the hopes that P/E recovers and therefore would extend the bear market more? Sorry for not following, hopefully you might be able to see where I'm misunderstanding.richard5za wrote: Sat Jul 30, 2022 4:54 am In a recessionary bear market there is both falling earnings and falling P/E ratios. In a non recessionary bear market the P/E ratio falls but not the earnings, or a lot less. Investor psychology is different too, less panic. One of the hall marks of a recessionary bear is a significant portion of the general public saying "i don't want to own Stocks" Of course that doesn't last very long. FOMO (fear of missing out) works on the psychology of a lot of people

Cool, in my opinion I don't think you get censored on these threads; if you are now playing "the poor persecuted me game" you may get censored! People do respond to you when you provide logic or data, but a statement like "I'm expecting the selloff to begin this week too" looks like you have come to a view by putting a wet finger in the air and checking the breeze.Cool Breeze wrote: Sun Jul 31, 2022 12:31 pm Fake news everywhere and I get censored on these threads. Odd.
I'm expecting the selloff to begin this week too, gentlemen.
Its entirely up to you, but playing the persecuted gane is a turn off
