Just scale up what that storm just did. Mother nature will humble all since she always bats cleanup and hits 100 percent always.

The marauder to really worry about is the one who isn't saying anything, but plans to bump the other one off about 4 seconds after the shtf because he knows he's dangerous. One way the marauders could identify the prepared is by who has solar panels. It's best not to be a target.

The main point is the senate knows those who never had it never will or can and those that did will pay more. It is not about right or wrong but channeling to select bank accounts in advance.
