Ce numéro de série marque le stock de missiles Tochka-U en possession de l’armée ukrainienne. Seules les Forces Armées Ukrainiennes ont des missiles Tochka-U. La Russie n’en a pas depuis 2019 : ils ont tous été désactivés. Les Républiques Populaires de Donetsk et Lugansk n’ont pas et n’ont jamais eu de Tochka-U.
