Think if I worked for Gen X as a trader.
Gen X managers would have meetings discussing the topic of how to "Move the line on Higgenbotham" so that Higgenbotham would supposedly make more money for the firm solely due, of course, to their great management skills (cough, cough). Higgenbotham would be accused of being lazy because he sometimes only works in the morning and sometimes does no pre-market prep. And on and on. And this would come from Gen X managers who have no fookin idea what I'm doing and have no ability to trade and have never made a dime trading the markets.
