The idea that Mutually Assured Destruction is what kept the nuclear weapons from being used during the cold war is wrong. The nuclear weapons were not used because it was too soon after the last crisis war, WWII.

The global winter theory is propaganda. Edward Teller who created the hydrogen bomb argued for preparing for nuclear war.

Why the 'Father of the Hydrogen Bomb' Hated Carl Sagan

So why did Edward Teller hate such a seemingly unhateable person? It almost entirely came down to a debate over thermonuclear weapons.

Edward Teller, along with Stanisław Ulam, was instrumental in creating the hydrogen bomb, and loudly advocated for nuclear weapon proliferation. He believed that nuclear war could be won and supported the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), a system of satellites colloquially known as "Star Wars" that were touted to protect the U.S. from a barrage of incoming nuclear missiles. Teller's infatuation with nukes was so great that he opposed any testing bans and even argued for using nuclear bombs to excavate dirt and defend Earth from asteroids.

On the other side of the debate was Carl Sagan. The celebrated Cornell University cosmologist, fresh off the astounding success of his PBS series Cosmos, sought to harness his newfound fame to advocate against nuclear weapons proliferation.

"Everyone knows it's madness, and every country has an excuse," he said.

Sagan lent his name and reputation to a 1983 study conducted by some of his former students which came to a disquieting conclusion: the firestorms and destruction wrought by nuclear war would send so much soot into the atmosphere that they would trigger catastrophic global climate change, blocking out the Sun and dropping global temperatures by as much as 25 degrees Celsius, triggering mass famine as crops failed across the world. They called the scenario "nuclear winter". It meant that nuclear war was unwinnable. Humanity always loses.

In his book, The Demon-Haunted World, Sagan recalled that it was the most controversy he ever courted. Teller and others mercilessly attacked the paper as well as Sagan. "Teller called Sagan an 'excellent propagandist' and suggested that the concept of nuclear winter was 'highly speculative,'" Richard Wolfson and Ferenc Dalnoki-Veress wrote in their book Nuclear Choices for the 21st Century.

I'm a believer in the limited nuclear strike, for many reasons, but also defense reasons (most will be stopped if it does happen where many are launched). The main reason is that I believe it will be the easiest way to simultaneously kill some large portion of humans and subjugate the rest, the greater part of the sick desire of the worlds global demons, which is the clear plan currently. The beast system has already hinted and prefigured itself in various types, but is not ready. Not seeing this (identity hack can't or won't even try to tell you what a woman is) is a clear indication of the spiritual disease and decline of America and the west, which has been going on for decades, under the direction of many evil actors, both internally and internationally.

According to this guy, America should just cower in fear and let the mighty Russian army rape and murder the Ukrainians. He doesn't know how technologically advanced (either officially or unofficially (classified)), that American nuclear submarines really are. America is not the sitting duck that he believes it to be. The American armed forces have declined since 1992, but Russia's armed forces have practically collapsed.

Dr. Vincent keeps throwing around official Russian numbers like, "Russian has a million man army" when it is now obvious that it really doesn't. Half the soldiers exist only on paper, and a Russian general is collecting their monthly pay. Most ethnic Russians avoid military service and half the Russian army is now Muslims, Mongols, and Siberian Eskimos. The Russian army is "Not holding back"; it is in retreat and conducting a scorched earth campaign in every direction. Russia's military is in disarray and its economy is collapsing.

The Russian military is so technologically advanced that its generals communicate with unencrypted cellphones and over civilian radio frequencies?! OR is all this just a ruse? Oh, yeah, that's the ticket! The Russians are just pretending to be a bunch of incompetent yahoos...

No, I am not losing sleep over any of this guy's claims. If the Russian's really could knock America out, they would have already done it.

Russia is not the master of the game. If it were, it would not have lost The Cold War. If Putin was sooooo clever then he would not be facing his Waterloo in Ukraine.

A note about Canadian Prepper: He has made a lot of money selling Prepper gear and dehydrated pineapple slices to the people who watch his Armageddon videos. He has no military background. He has also hosted crazy eco-doomsayers on his show like Guy McPherson who has made numerous claims that world would end 19 years ago, then 12 years ago, and even claimed that the world would be starving to death by 2019. He is one of the people that began the "we will all be dead in 12 years" that AOC has been blabbing about (in between driving to hamburger joints in a giant SUV).

Dr. Vincent is just another doom monger. There used to be a lot of them on You Tube.
