So by your reasoning, Russia IS intending to invade Ukraine.
Simply a hypothetical.
It would not be a invasion but a liberation anyway
Oddly enough, in a previous post on this column, you denied that an invasion of Ukraine by Russia was likely to take place. Now you are attempting to justify such an invasion. Your masters in St Petersburg will surely tell you that consistency is essential if you want to be considered a serious troll.

P.S. You write like you're gay.

It appears that solving this impasse through dialogue and diplomacy will not work. Both sides have grievances and concerns but can't understand well enough the perspective of the other.
It's the crisis era and people have forgotten about the horrors of war. It's amazing how the suffering of our forefathers could be so easily diminished and forgotten, such that we must relearn it again.

A country has an obligation to control its population. Bashar
al-Assad weaponized millions of people, forcing them into Turkey,
Europe, and other Nato countries, essentially using refugees to invade
those countries, with the cooperation and support of the Russians.
Occupying Syria was a fully justified response to al-Assad's invasion.

The Ukrainians aren't terrorists. The Russians are. The Russians
invaded Ukraine in 2014, invaded and annexed Crimea, shot an innocent
passenger plane out of the sky with a Buk missile, committed war
crimes in Syria, and killed people in Britain with chemical weapons.
Now Russia wants to move on to the next crime, a new invasion of
Ukraine. The Russians are worse than terrorists. They're full-on
criminals.

So you're saying that a Russian invasion of Ukraine would be a
liberation? You really are a troll. Lol!

Why should it be amazing? 99 and 44/100s% of people only know that suffering as written stories or black-and-white photos. The people who lived the suffering are in cemeteries or nursing homes.

Amazing is maybe not the best word. How about sad or pathetic?
There's plenty of people suffering horribly in this world, more than you have stated. Everyone knows suffering in some manner. It's possibly the nature of our earthly existence. Somehow we tend towards group psychosis and murderous rage in a cyclical fashion like moths to a flame. Isn't that what is trying to be quantified by the GD theory? It's disheartening to see the wisdom of the ages cast aside for, for what? Why does society devolve and self destruct with no recourse? And why is this not understandable enough that it could, somehow, alter the cycle?

Russia has never said it shall invade Ukraine, simply that it shall disarm it, Russia has never threatened the Ukrainian civilian population, so all those billions of American dollars that have been borrowed on behalf of the U.S. tax payer by what is an insolvent govt shall be going up in flames, the further this goes.
How on earth do you DISARM a country without taking it over first? This is so blatantly pro-Putin/Russia that it is impossible to believe you are not a Russian internet troll.

Well, a war will certainly help Johnson and Biden out as can be seen by the comments on this board that we have war to think about not party's.
Would Johnson and Biden go to war to save their skins, you can bet your life they will.
I wouldn't put it past them to fire the first shot at Ukraine and finger Russia for it.

Western leaders do not get out of a mess by starting a war. It gets them into a bigger mess.

I cannot really speak to Boris, but Biden and his administration will do almost anything to avoid a war anywhere. The Biden administrations incompetence in the area of foreign affairs/military was on Full Display in Kabul Afghanistan just a few months ago.

Tom Hanks pathetic effort at “Saving President Brandon “ actually brought home to the West exactly the devastation that the democrats are about bring down on middle and lower classes.
Even multi millionaire Anderson Cooper allowed slight criticism of Biden on his far left television show recently.
Both Russia and China know this is an opportunity too good to miss.
