Another possibility just occurred to me. Texas is doing a lof of
political redistricting, and maybe realtor.com is also realigning its
real estate districts, and your home is now in a different comparables
district than it was in last week / last year.

Possibly. I noticed it says on the sales history that it sold in April (when I bought it) for $262K below the listing price, which is incorrect. Our taxes just came due, so it might have something to do with how it is showing in the appraisal district's data. That's probable the tax value they're showing.
