Argues for a repeat of deflationary 30s instead of inflationary 70s. Long and technical.

Yes, Tommy boy, we're watching the gradual currently. Suddenly is the prediction part of things, very difficult. But there are signs and the wise can make guesses based on probability and the trajectory of things.Tom Mazanec wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 7:47 amThe system will break like Mike said in The Sun "gradually, then suddenly". Do you agree with me that increasing costs of living across the board will continue until the system is gradually broken?Tom Mazanec wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 5:05 pmWell, the definition I would use would be 50%/mo. Some of the videos I am linking explicitly use less.
I think hyperinflation (by my definition) is unlikely but possible. Inflation worse than the Carter Seventies is very probable.

My guess is soon. Breakage. Maybe sooner than we would hope for. Considering the ramifications... Breakage is a very strong term considering what it could entail. Historically it's quite traumaticCool Breeze wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 11:45 amYes, Tommy boy, we're watching the gradual currently. Suddenly is the prediction part of things, very difficult.
