It will be an almost uniform layer compared to what exists now would in my opinion be a more accurate way to put it.

Do you put a probability on a "Dark Age" not happening? Or are you fatalistic like JX?
By the way, this Howe stuff is just embarrassing. He doesn't ever say anything yet gets all this acclaim as if what he writes helps anyone. It's bizarre.

It took me 8 years before I could flee California for good. It’s a nightmare of a state. Stay out.
