Re: Financial topics
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FdVY8_eXgAYGw2F?format=jpg&name=medium Pre-market futures seem to support this cascading downwards elliott wave count. Once the (5) wave is done (which would be 1 of III, we'll possibly see another bear market rally before the most anticipated wave structure 3 of III, at...

Re: Financial topics
"Sometimes, there's a chart that just blows your hair back. In 22 years of doing this, none stand out like this one. Last week, institutional traders bought $8.1 billion worth of put options. They bought less than $1 billion in calls. This is 3x more extreme than 2008." - SentimenTrader https://twit...

Re: Financial topics
Retest and broke out from descending but still within the downwards trendline. Could still be finishing the (1) of ((3)) count with one more impulse down. Guess we'll see what Tuesday brings.

Re: Financial topics
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FbasVHZX0AcWeo1?format=jpg&name=large Descending wedge breakout should see a relief rally and end of (1) of ((3)). We would need to go below 3945.86 to invalidate any bullish elliott wave count so I don't believe we do as elliott wave seems to enjoy keeping us second gue...

Re: Financial topics
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FbCT6OYXEAAFM66?format=jpg&name=large I'd like to close the gap and we'll probably do that soon, but I think we're still in pink 4 instead of ending (2). So that could mean after this retrace, we get another low below 4119 and then get a second retest of 4200 in early Se...

Re: Financial topics
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FahXy2hXkAI19uO?format=jpg&name=large From the 4325 high on August 16, the wave structure and gap down on the futures today looks impulsive towards the downside. Today might be a V-day where we gap down and spend the rest of the day climbing back up. That could mean the ...

Re: Financial topics
Since the 50 percent retracement was exceeded this morning, in my opinion, that increases the probability of a fast reversal down and reduces the probability that the market will move sideways for awhile before it drops. I'm still around watching the markets. Since the elliott wave degree count cha...

https://newspunch.com/baffling-sixth-canadian-doctor-dies-suddenly-and-unexpected-in-last-2-weeks/ pay attention Yes, I can tell you there's starting to be a shift in Canada. Many Canadians are really starting to be disgruntled with the authoritarian Canadian government, with the reduction in livin...

Re: Financial topics
Phong, over last 120 years P/E ratio is highly influenced by over bought markets and bubbles. Markets get over bought, P/E ratio is very high, and then market corrects, P/E ratio comes down, but without a recession earnings need not change, might even go up. However, in a recession earnings go down...

Re: Financial topics
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FY9HFveWQAMTRe3?format=jpg&name=medium Seems we might be in these channel lines on the weekly and monthly S&P 500 charts. In a recessionary bear market there is both falling earnings and falling P/E ratios. In a non recessionary bear market the P/E ratio falls but not th...
