"It's not expected that many jihadists in Sinai to convert to ISIS, and it's believed that there are no Egyptians in the ISIS command hierarchy. In fact, some Muslim Brotherhood leaders have refused to recognize ISIS. But ISIS might attack supporters among extremist militias in Libya, or from Al-Qaeda in the Maghreb (AQIM), and those supporters might come to Sinai."



What an unmitigated disaster. Gee, overthrowing Saddam,Gaddafi , and the other Arab dictators worked like charm, didn't it? Anyone else in Washington have any other bright ideas?
