Tribal behavior IS. No matter the spendor in which Abiy lives, he is in essence captive to generational hatreds. Those Ethiopians fleeing to Kenya are unwelcome additions to the boiling pot. Western allies have problems of their own and could not in any event bring solutions much less peace. Heaven forbid that outsiders provide arms--literally.
Unfortunately, striking similarities between these situations, trump, house, senate and the illegal invader millions come to mind. Blessed are the peacemakers, if one can be found who can change hateful hearts.
