Are leaders of the debt-trapped countries uneducated? How many of these opaque deals were completed during barry's illegal reign? If even globalist Tillerson pooh-poohs these control power enslavements, then something is badly amiss in DC.
Why would any American administration shovel taxpayer dollars into African and Asian nations and sit quietly while China economically rapes them. Frankly Kenya and Pakistan get no pity from me. Why do we elect and tolerate DC officials who sell our interests out? Do you feel safer having read John's report? (I'm forwarding this to DJT with pointed remarks.)
