Where have we heard that a country divided within itself cannot stand? The Kurds seem to be cornering the alienation market. Before "moonbeam's" CA governorshipt, the state was issuing IOU's. The concept did not catch on, even amongst the stoned. Uniting hungry people with those in power will require either cash influx or force.
How strange to hear that Iraqi military are disenfranchised. Does this mean the line troops are either shia, sunni, interchangable? At least in my locale muslim factionism is not a problem. To a one, we are the infidel. The Iran/Iraq War was not just uncivilized, but barbaric. The only goid thing out of this scenario might be that Israel can stave off only the palestineans for a bit.
