Yes, people get the government they deserve. And when everything falls apart, they won't even have cake to eat.
And, they won't be willing to see that their values and behaviors are the root of the problem - will be some convenient scapegoats fault, which those in power will be happy to manipulate so they can accumulate more power.

I can't believe someone involved in something like this would be shameless enough to keep running.
The history of the world tells us that there have always been men and women without conscience who will do anything for money, prestige and power.

There's no such thing as shame anymore. So of course they're
shameless. There's no shame to be had.
Though, what is terrifying, is that a near majority of American public and a vast majority of those in the media see nothing wrong with it. We will get the leader we deserve - because the majority of the population doesn't have a moral center. The ends justifies the means - whether Republican or Democrat.

Jack

And what is the next step? Blood in the streets? I was in Seville Spain a few years ago and walking down the side streets one could see a line of bullet holes in the brick and stone walls, here and there, about 5 1/2 feet above the pavement where people were executed. Nice.

"It is well known that the FBI still does not have roughly 30,000 emails that Hillary Clinton deleted from her private server due to Clinton categorizing them as personal and not work related. We have also reported that Russia may be in possession of those emails, and according to Judge Andrew Napolitano, there is a debate going on in the Kremlin about whether or not to release them."

Could Putin decide who gets in the White House?

You can't make this stuff up.
