Iran, the country known to have world's second largest oil reserves is entering the market.....but not overnight. To boost the oil production so as to affect the oil prices, they also have to improve refining capacity and have to implement new techniques. For that, Iran has to invest several millions of dollars. so this is definitely going to take some time.
