And it just gets better --------------

Confusion Sends Hospital Admissions To Lowest On Record

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-2 ... est-record

"Only 5% of hospitals in American saw year-over-year growth in overall admissions in November, according to Citi. This is the weakest inpatient admission rate on record and comes amid both doctor and patient uncertainty over the Obamacare changes. As Citi's Gary Taylor notes "the paralyzing effect of the impotent Obamacare rollout" and Medicare's new "two-midnight" rule will weigh notably on hospital earnings as doctor's employment and compensation modesl remain in flux. 13 days to go..."

"In addition, it is reasonable to conclude that the cumulative impact of changing physician employment and payment models is beginning to play a role, as well as the paralyzing effect of the impotent Obamacare rollout,"

And it continues ----

Obama Caves, Delays Obamacare As Momentum Fizzles; Customer Pool "Smaller And Sicker"

"Late last night, with just 4 days left until the December 23 deadline to choose plans that will begin Jan. 1, Washington Post reported that the Obama administration finally caved and "significantly relaxed the rules of the federal health-care law for millions of consumers whose individual insurance policies have been canceled, saying they can buy bare-bones plans or entirely avoid a requirement that most Americans have health coverage."

"Like we said: anything that can go wrong... oh look, over there, the Stalingrad & Propaganda 500 just hit a new all time high!"

------------------------------------------------------

Questions,

Is this by design so as to have ONLY a government health care system?
How much trust of government been has been lost due to this mess? And by the same token the mainstream media?
If the Obamacare "law" can be modified as "needed" ( and this is very public ) what other laws can be "modified as needed" if so, -- what does any law mean?

hmmmmmmmmmmmm

What could be better. Don't just botch healthcare.gov, give 'em a blue-screen-of-death too! I am not sure that it can get any better than this. :D Would that you could only give them such an immediate feedback/payback for their steal-it from-somebody-else, something-for-nothing mentality.

to the rescue -----

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-1 ... ake-over-o

Having done a bang up job on the Healthcare.gov rollout (after retaining virtually every private sector company with relevant skills to fix the 500 million-lines-of-code monster), Jeff Zients, as we reported previously, is set to become director of the National Economic Council (perhaps he will next roll out a database where America's unemployed sign up). But what is more notable is that his replacement in leading the overhaul of the Obamacare exchanges is a former executive from Microsoft. Kurt DelBene, whose wife just happens to be Democratic Congresswoman Suzan DelBene. What could possibly go wrong as cronyism brings Blue Cross together with the Blue Screen of Death?

South Carolina Is About To Pass A Bill To Nullify Obamacare
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-12-1 ... -obamacare

A bill set for fast-track passage in the South Carolina Senate in January aims to eliminate Obamacare in the state. The law could become a model for other states fed up with the federal health-care law.

House Bill 3101, titled the “South Carolina Freedom of Health Care Protection Act,”

This provision, according to Davis, comes from the anti-commandeering doctrine established in case law that says feds can’t compel states to enforce federal laws.
