Clinton didn't want to anger the "skinnies" in Mogadishu so the Rangers got no armor, and thus got slaughtered while Clinton went to fundraisers - but did he gog to those fundraisers without the SS - no, but why? Was, perhaps, his security more important than that of the Rangers who were used as so much expendable canon fodder.

“The difference between being a coward and a man is not whether you're scared, it's what you do while you're scared.'' - Staff Sgt. Jeff Struecker’s direction to a terrified Ranger prior to both rejoining the firefight in Mogadishu Somalia, Oct. 3, 1993.

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” – Edmond Burke (contested)

And with this being the 20th anniversary of the Battle of Mogadishu" where 16 of my brothers in arms were killed and about 80 were wounded, due to the same hatred and ineffectual usage of our armed forces that we see today. Then it was Clinton/Gore and today it is Obama, Alinsky, Cloward-Piven, Marx...

Note: the mission of Bco. 3/75th Rangers was completed and all men accounted for in the face of odds some say were 100-1 against them. Blackhawk down showed the failure of our leaders in DC and the superiority of our forces even when controlled by traitors at home.

Two Marine Generals were fired today for: inadequate force protection at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan in Sept. of 2012. http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/ ... o04m2s.uem

The attack killed two Marines, and injured eight.

The two fired generals had their command reduced from 14,000 to 7,400 men. Their command covered 36,000 sq miles, and 196 combat outposts - with requests for additional man power being turned down. The enemy attack additionally destroyed 8 AV8 Harrier aircraft.

In an active combat theater being abandoned we fire the Generals for inadequate force protection? Why would anyone serve under these people?
As Hal Moore noted, while engaged with the NVA in the Idrang Valley of South Vietnam, while considering the choice between helo evacuation, or fighting on to victory, or perhaps death (paraphrasing): "... when attempting to evacuate, the guys left on the ground eventually get massacred..."
Where are the civilian firings at the Department of State and the White House for Benghazi?

The Taliban can taste the blood - what else would be expected, they know we're not ever coming back. We are ultimately in control of any conflict we become engaged in, all we have to do is surrender - weakness resolves just so many difficulties.

Preparing is what you do before you need it, not when you need.
