Border agents across several border states have now been confirmed to have been infected with TB, scabies, chicken pox, and swine flu. 52,000 illegal "children" have entered the country in the last few weeks. Many of them are infected with a myriad of diseases. Many of the "children" have criminal records and had been deported because them. Now they are back- and being housed and feed on the taxpayer dime.

Are we at the breaking point yet?

I think the debate over immigration needs to be rational. Using the issue of "children", and that is what some of doing, as some kind of moralistic club to beat people over the head with is intellectually dishonest. I think this excerpt from this article lays things out quite clearly:

Can Western countries survive endless immigration-population growth?

With present immigration-driven hyper-population growth in the U.S., this nation expects an added 138 million people by 2050, a scant 36 year from now. Our children face a daunting future if we fail to take action toward a stable and sustainable U.S. population.

Such nations as Canada, Australia and America cannot withstand the onslaught of a desperate world that adds 1 billion starving humans every 12 years. If they try, they will fail themselves, their children and their planet.

But, to insinuate that everyone from Mexico or Central America is here illegally is foolishness. As for those minors being detained, get it, DETAINED which means they are stopped, at the border those are minors and by definition are not criminally culpable for immigration violations as they like most children are merely doing what someone in authority told them to do.
It's not my responsibility to feed foreign children. And a lot of those foreign "children" are NOT carrying baby rattles. They are criminals. Gang members covered in gang tattoos. You Get it? GET IT?

Scabies, whooping cough, incurable forms of TB, and swine flu are already infected the population-bought in by third world immigrants. In the days of Ellis Island, infected immigrants were sent back to Europe.

Isaac Asimov had it right. Overpopulation is grossly irresponsible and condemns people in the third world to lives of misery. That's not my fault. Get it? GET IT?

I take care of the elderly members of my family (financially); I don't expect the beleaguered American taxpayer to do it for me. Get it? GET IT?

I've never said all of the Mexicans are here illegally. You are liar for pretending I did say that. There are the anchor babies-born to illegals. And the legal immigrants, of which I think there are already too many. With sky high unemployment and under employment, the LAST THING America needs is more unskilled labor (or even skilled labor). Look up Mexico's immigration laws; they are draconian. Latinos have always been good at hypocrisy.

You are a pathetic. Obviously, you have milked the system; you've taken more out than you will ever contribute, and society would have been better off if you had never been born. As skilled Americans flee the country and replaced 1000 to 1 by unskilled freeloaders, America will implode. Then you reap what you have sown.

Deportation of criminal aliens has always been an issue. And numbers fluctuate. Here's a brief of the subject.

So, everyone from Central America is an illegal? In the Midwest of all places, with a regional INS deportation facility in town? Really? Missouri isn't California by a long shot, but maybe you, with all of your expertise can find some and report them to INS. I know some fine INS deportation officers who will be happy to take your sworn statement and include it in their probable cause affidavit for presentation to a US magistrate as an application for arrest warrants. But remember, they will administer an oath and if you make a materially false statement you'll be subject to a fine and up to five years in federal prison, where we'll see what you're really made of.

You also know that the chance of getting an illegal deported, even illegals with criminal records, is almost nil. I don't doubt that you are well know to law enforcement officials, I just doubt they consider you a friend.

As for Latinos being "honest and hard working", my personal experience with them has been quite different. When I was younger, I worked in restaurant with a few Mexicans (I suppose legal ones), and what I remember are dirty dishes (that had to be washed again by someone else), bad attitudes, laziness, and the Mexicans constantly clocking in their buddies who showed up late almost every day. The famous Mexican work ethic remains something of a myth. Though, compared to you, I suppose Mexicans are workhorses.

With all of the unemployment, especially sky high youth unemployment, one has to ask: why do we need 35 million illegals?

No, I know better. How are illegals honest? How is working under the table honest? How is committing crimes honest? In the towns near one of my relative's virtually all white and Asian enclave, property crimes have spiked almost 900% in a year. The reason: Latinos. Not to mention violent crimes like rapes and murders. Americans need only look around to see what is happening. No matter how much you screech and squawk, the reality of the situation is not escaping people.

What I've seen across the United States are the wages of construction workers being undercut by Latino immigrants. How is that improving America? One of my friends runs an architectural firm in Mexifornia (formerly California),and he says that for every America citizen on a construction site there are six illegals. How is that situation improving the country. On top of that, Latino workmanship is substandard. How is that better? Are Americans know responsible for providing free trade school and training for illegals?

Everything about your post is a lie. I know better.

Every time I visit the US, I see the signs of decay everywhere. For someone who is away from the country for long periods, the rot is obvious. Maybe living in a barrio in Kansas, the sharp decline has gone unnoticed. What others have told me is this: the boiling frogs now realize they are being boiled.

Just the kind of response I expected from someone who works at a pawnshop in Kansas. You have a big mouth-on the Internet. To be honest, I would like to meet you, just not in Kansas City barrio.
It's the hood actually. With the rest of the brothers. The barrio is on the south side of town.

Let me know when you arrive in town. And we have great deals in the shop BTW. You can even hock some of your full-figured lingerie or trade it for something new to you and only slightly stained.

Sure they will, just not at the prices you want. You shouldn't have borrowed so much in order to buy so high. A semi-literate illegal immigrant from the Yucatan Peninsula has more sense than to do that.

You really are a low life. You wallow in criminality and think uneducated and unskilled illegals flooding into the country as a good thing. Karma will catch up with you. It always does.
