Previously I knew enough about what was going on to keep my losses under control. That wasn't the case as the market ran to 3588.

With the S&P futures hitting a new multi-month high over the past few days and again tonight, and being near a record high, the emphasis for me over the past few days has been to push money into my account any way possible so that I can hold onto my short S&P position without adding any more money to my account.

In the big picture, this is really the account of a speculator who is short the S&P from lower levels in a massive record breaking rally, taking losses and showing how he has been able to find ways to hang on.

It's not about prospering. Not yet anyway.

Things got worse after that and I had to add money to my account to hang on.

What's next? I have no idea. If it can get to 3588 in what appears to be an economic depression with collapsing birthrate, etc., etc., and still be the most overvalued market in history, why not 4200+?

I've reduced back to 7 lots because I'm really unsure how high this will go. I can see a possible run to 3500 even if the high is in.
