I bought and read your book. It was extremely interesting. I recommend you write more of them. I'll buy them.

I appreciate your honest analysis of President Trump. I don't even bother watching the TV news anymore. I don't trust the American media. Until 1999, I did. I wish Ted Turner had not been conned by Michael Milkin into selling CNN to TimeWarner. I believe Ted would have kept it on an even keel, and questioned the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the torture policy. But maybe I wrong.

Please keep doing what you are doing.

Welcome to the Generational family. Facts/truth/history are victims of progressivism. The 8 barry years allowed swift planned invasion/occupation of our own nation. Those of us older folk are especially accountable. We lived the value centered days.
Especially recently I have understood at deeper level that words are no indication of intent. Did the USSR collapse because of leaders' value changes? How do "treaties" affect Xi and Kim's sub rosa actions? What words were said to send a 7,000 member horde towards America's borders?
Trump's words affect us all. Now he is playing chess with verbal accompaniament.

The coming clash of civilizations is unavoidable. Actions preceeding the clash hurry it along or delay it, but nothing will prevent it. Which should be preferred? and what reasoning would support your choice?

Delay it as long as possible because I like living. For now.

Trump's strategy is to use strategic negatives/punishments to convince china adopt a "northern strategy". Altering Chinese aggression is the goal, not preventing Chinese aggression altogether. A Clash of Civilizations primarily involving China Vs the Russia/India alliance would be a desirable alternative.

Agreed.

And that "three gear" lockup is the primary mechanism that will hold off WWIII. The biggest signal that war is actually imminent is when any one of those "gears" begins freewheeling.

Are you just misquoting Chamberlain or are you trying to say something?

I'm not Guest, or Guest, or even Guest, but I'm thinking Guest (the second latest, and not the other two, one of whom is yourself aka just YOU) is being somewhat sarcastic, or ironic (I'll have to look up which I REALLY mean), and implying that "peace" these days means something like "non-war with a healthy dose of high-anxiety from assuming that war is and will remain permanently imminent" (where the word "healthy" is used both ironically AND sarcastically ).

..and as a chronic misquoter of the "Badges" line(s) from The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, I appreciate your (Guest of the Most Exterior Quote, aka "YOU" once again) relatively non-judgmental-ish assignment of "evilness" to the misquoters of famous lines that really SHOULDN'T be misquoted but still are, like me and Guest of the Second Most Exterior Quote.

Thanks, and now,.. on with the show...
