My first reaction to John's headline was disbelief. Putin demanding that America pay to rebuild what he is helping destroy?? Beyond ludicrous. And Lebanon even involved!! Just as a refresher I'll watch "Navy Seals" again today.
Did EU countries get paid per head for taking in Syrians? And not one cent from American taxpayers. Not one. So long as Assad draws breath and Putin angles to improve his fall to 3rd world power status, Syria will and SHOULD remain a reminder of post-WWII Berlin.
So much for BP and thank you, Lord for nitro.
