Thanks, people don't keep up with the Libya situation as they should.
I am confused on how these government keep changing. Doesn't the LNA technically work for the Tobruk based House of Representatives (aka House of Delegates) which fled Tripoli after being ousted by the GNC forces? The GNC refused to accept the new elections which put the more secular House of Representatives in charge of the country
You link to a Libyan Herald articles which names Beida as a "rival interim government", but do you know if Tobruk is defunct? I was led to believe it had rejected the UN "unity-government" (GNA). If the House of Representatives exists does this mean that the LNA had officially broken off from Tobruk's authority or this some new entity based out of Beida?
Lots of questions, no source has all the answers.

I'm not sure. I was going crazy last night trying to figure it out.
I think Hafter is in Beida, but the legislature is in Tobruk.
