In all of your posts concerning Assad you usually say that he is "even" killing "women and children" and while I might agree that children are innocent tools of Syria's resistance movement the women know fully well what is going on. The women are not innocent and deserve no special sympathy. Women can damage and destroy just like their men counterparts and, therefore, should be subject to the same attacks and counter offensives. All is fair in love and war as the saying goes. Personally, I have no special regard for any Sunni regardless of gender as long as they continue to target innocent civilians themselves.

You're absolutely right. If you want to exterminate a population,
then you have to exterminate all the women and children.

The Hutus wanted to exterminate the Tutsis, so they took machetes and
dismembered the bodies of the men, and then the women after raping
them.

Hitler wanted to exterminate the Jews, so he sent all the men, women
and children to extermination camps.

Bashar al-Assad wants to exterminate all the Sunnis, so he's turning
Aleppo to rubble mixed with the blood of men, women and children.

You're right. All's fair in love and war, especially for depraved
psychopaths like Hitler and al-Assad.

There was no "mutual defense treaty" as you put it. The Budapest Memorandum, that included Belarus, was not legally binding on the US. Just ask the government of Belarus about the American sanctions imposed in violation of the Memorandum. However, I agree with your sentiment and the US should have imposed some "penalty" on Russia. But there was/is no treaty.
