Great run down, thank you, I didn't know about the situation in Uzbekistan past the dictator taking ill.

Minor typos,

"In the base (past), Karimov has attended the celebrations and performed a traditional dance. Whether he's dead or still alive, it's not expected that he'll be doing is (the? his?) dance this time."
