I have a question: how should we change our diplomatic strategy based on the spot on the generational timeline that a country or region is in? Is it simply divided between a crisis or non-crisis era or should we alter our strategy based on whether they are in a recovery, awakening, or unraveling? And what would work best in each of those eras, either with international relations or if we end up going to war with them?
