The proposed eurocrisis fund would under the most extremely optimistic circumstances be a mere fraction of the wealth needed to solve the problem over the short term. The same proposal is stopped dead in its tracks in Slovakia, and the markets rocket skyward. The business media paints the upward move as a positive sign, e.g. Market Snapshot: U.S. stocks rise along with hopes for Europe at MarketWatch Wed 12:23PM EDT . These people are lunatics.
