Google "Peaceful Pill Handbook."
https://www.peacefulpillhandbook.com/
It costs $85 for a two-year subscription, and they seem to update it
every month or two. The Peaceful Pill Handbook lists many ways to end
life. There is one exotic "Korean Black Venus" method, apparently
inspired by a movie, where you squeeze the blood vessels in your neck.
I haven't figured it out, but the online book contains a video that
shows you how. They claim it can be done anywhere, anytime, without
drugs or gadgets or anything. It's good for people in prisons or
nursing homes. There are also substances that one can use to bring
about a peaceful end of life, like nembutal, sodium cyanide,
detergents, carbon monoxide, sodium azide, sodium nitrite, and dozens
of others. There are specific instructions for using each one,
including taking something 30 minutes earlier to help prevent
vomiting. There's also a 3-drug coctail of morphine sulphate +
chloral hydrate + Phenobarbita. There are also methods involving
inert gases and plastic bags. In some cases, the needed supplies are
almost impossible to get, while others are readily available. By the
way, the book says that fifth floor window isn't high enough. I've
purchased everything I need from Amazon, and so I'm ready to go at any
time of my choosing, and I know pretty much exactly "what it will be
like, what it will look like, how it will feel."
