Simple solution: Make Ireland an island!

..oh,.. wait...

OK, kids,.. which is the "sticky" word in the phrase, "Make Ireland an island"?

Hint: Is it "Ireland", or "an"?

Why is it so hard to leave the EU? Because it's a criminal gang. How ridiculous this situation really is. Brexit is only difficult because the EU is making it difficult. The EU elites should be burned alive in public square the misery they have inflicted on Europe. Poverty and suicide have become the norm. I see it in the streets when I visit Europe. All the people I knew who smirked before 2002 and bragged the EU would crash the US and the Euro would replace the dollar have gone silent. All that is left is misery.

Yes! Yes! I remember the scorn and derision of the French. In the late 90s and before 2002 when I lived in France ( on and off) the locals would sneer and say how wonderful the Euro would be, and how it would displace the US dollar as the reserve currency and America would end up on the scrap heap of history in a decade. When I visited in 2005, the French were saying that the Euro had destroyed them and that every day brought new disasters. "Euroshima" was spray painted on the walls of Parisian buildings. It's almost 14 years later, and it is France that is on the scrap heap.

Hey, John,.. are you just trolling me with the phrase, "worst of all possible worlds", as you KNOW I don't believe in such a ludicrous idea..!?

If so,.. touché mais amis! Bravo...!

..the worst of all possible worlds is the one where nothing at all happens, and therefore nothing is ever learned, which is luckily NOT the world we live in.

Some might complain that the "worst world" would be one filled with maximal suffering and minimal happiness, but that is nothing in the way of true suffering compared to a world of nothingness.

We're here to learn, and deprived of our essential meaning by "nothingness" the world suffers the loss of us.

It is better to have loved and lost, than to never have loved at all.
