Venezuela is the falling domino that may trigger other neighbors. Even temporary border crossing resupply runs affect Colombia. The EU's position surprises me. Democracy is not visibly present on the continent. Hordes of migrants are.
Perhaps EU countries are signalling unwillingness to welcome canoe loads of fleeing Venezuelans.
Colombia will remain as the South American equivilent of Afghani poppy fields. Else why would anyone care about the cancer causing sprays. Reminescent of mejico and paraquat.
