It won't get better, only worse. Central America is a string of failed states. Brazil is a war zone and some parts of the country have already imploded and in states of near anarchy. Let the Russians and Chinese have them. Latin America was worth visiting 50-60 years ago. Now is it all crime, corruption, and the women are drug addled and infected with AIDS and a host of other STDs. I'll pass on returning there.
