Will America also go further right?

This post definitely requires a further dip into factual history. At first my inner hopeful self wanted to refute John's prediction of further right wing cleansing. However, I also see in history the pendulum swing movements that occur. Very few years pass in the "balanced" mode.
Considering Hungary's WWII actions, that Orban would be leading this rightist movement is to me surprising. Poland began well but quickly slipped into anti-semitic Holocaust denial. As the Greatest Generation loses more survivors whose memories LIVED history, we will march on to the ugly cycle of repeating it.
The stage is set in Syria, Gaza, America's southern border with Japan/China rising and Putin holding his script close to his body. Africa is a boiling cauldron spewing migrants who are increasingly unwelcome elsewhere. Again, the United Nations is an expensive farce.
