Wonder when the Chinese sleep. Their constant regional and over-reach aggression seem to be deliberate limit pushing. The tactic was effective when barry was enthroned. Perhaps now not so much. Perhaps because this administration speaks but as yet a stick is not visible.
The Mekong River dams are clearly designed as control mechanisms, especially in a territory where rice is a staple. Being a recent addition to GD, no doubt I've missed John's military assessments of China's prey. Hmm. Brings back bad memories of the Korean "Conflict".
