Israel can either withdraw to the borders of Israel and stop the occupation, or it can exterminate or remove the Palestinians. I am not seeing a third way.

The issue that most people aren't talking about is water. The expansion is about control of water and/or access to it.

In terms of "third way" - the Palestinian refugee camps were created by arabs themselves as a way to keep non-israelis out of the way while troops were going to re-occupy Israel. Then those camps became a convinient way to constantly complain about Israel. Most jobs and economy comes from it. Third way is to go back and be able to coexist like they did just famously well, before Arafat and before Palestinian liberation fronts fueled by Soviet Union and other foreign influences.
